Dave Cormack is a senior executive and entrepreneur with a successful international track record of building customer-centric organizations.
He has 27 years experience in applications software and Internet markets, including, in the role of President and CEO, the foundation and development of two highly successful start-up ventures; Soft Systems Limited, a London based vendor of business intelligence tools, and MiracleWorkers.com, an Atlanta based market leader in Internet recruiting for the Healthcare Industry, now owned by CareerBuilder.com.
After the acquisition of Soft Systems by IQ Software, Dave served as Senior Vice President - Worldwide Operations for this NASDAQ listed business intelligence tools vendor (now part of Computer Associates), based in Atlanta. The company launched a new enterprise-wide software product suite which Dave was responsible for growing to 500 customers and annualized revenues of $40 million in three years.
Dave served on the board of a major professional soccer club in the UK, listed on the London stock exchange; and he is a former co-chairman of the Atlanta Silverbacks pro team.
He is an authority on entrepreneurial leadership, and enjoys public speaking engagements on the subject. He sits on the advisory boards of Datallegro, Inc., a provider of database performance enhancement tools, and Cobalt Corporate Finance, a London based specialist in high-tech corporate finance.
Dave graduated in Accounting from Aberdeen College of Commerce, Scotland in 1981.
