Diana Dipierro is a 20-year veteran of the Home Healthcare software industry. Her career includeshomecare software application development, designing systems for the billing and inventory control of medical equipment, customer support and general operations management. She has been providing support and implementation to Brightree customers since 2002. Ensuring customer satisfaction with the product and support of the product is her top priority. Diana’s favorite aspect of the job is talking with clients, obtaining feedback on improving processes and functionality, and sharing insights on best utilization of the system.

Diana has also owned and operated a consulting company which worked with HME providers to help them better understand their information systems and to ensure maximum utilization. Diana still draws upon those experiences in her work with Brightree clients today, and feels that it adds a great deal to her level of understanding about your business. Prior to Diana’s consulting work, she worked at Dezine Healthcare Solutions for 14 years, progressing through the ranks of Customer Support through to General Manager.

Diana has a BS degree in Computer Science from the College of New Jersey and a MBA from The University of Phoenix.
