Brightree Plans to Revolutionize HME/DME Salesforce Automation

Exclusive agreement with Louis Feuer to design BrightSALES™ sales productivity tools within Brightree's business management software.

 

DULUTH, Ga., October 8, 2009 – Brightree today announced that it has partnered with the industry’s top sales and referral management expert, Louis Feuer of Dynamic Seminars.  Feuer will assist Brightree to further develop and design marketing and salesforce productivity features for Brightree’s industry-leading HME/DME business management software. This new offering, named “BrightSALES™,” will significantly enhance the salesforce automation capabilities already available within the Brightree application.

Louis Feuer, MA, MSW, is a 30-year veteran of the healthcare industry and one of the most sought after educators and speakers in his field. Feuer, founder of Dynamic Seminars & Consulting, is a healthcare management consultant and the industry’s leading expert on sales, marketing and customer service.

Today, some providers use stand-alone automation systems to manage their sales processes which are not integrated with their business management software and thus require duplicate data entry. Other providers may use a paper-based process or nothing at all.
