We're very excited to announce that Brightree, the leading provider of billing and business management solutions for the home medical equipment (HME) market, has acquired home health and hospice technology provider CareAnyware.
The combined company has 500 employees and nearly 3,000 customers that serve more than 20 million patients, making Brightree the largest provider of web-based healthcare IT (HCIT) software solutions for the post-acute care industry.
