Brightree is the industry’s only billing and business management software company that provides major product releases each year … and at no additional charge to our users!  All of our enhancements are determined by a combination of customer feedback and market research. Our product roadmap process allows Brightree’s 40,000+ users to make suggestions as well as rank order the priorities for us to follow when designing new features.

Following thorough testing, quality assurance, and beta programs, new releases go live. All upgrades occur instantly, with no software for you to install. When you log on to Brightree, the new release is there. You don't need to do anything but enjoy the benefits of a stable, feature-rich solution developed based on the needs of the Brightree community. As we prepare to go live with a new release, our customer care team works diligently to ensure that all Brightree users are aware of the new functionality and are well-trained on how to leverage it to fuel their business success.
