A Brightree Project Manager is assigned to you as soon you sign your contract. The Project Manager holds an orientation kickoff with your team to establish the timeline and critical success factors for the deployment. They will also familiarize everyone with the tools made available to you and your team and discuss the responsibilities and dedication required to achieve a successful implementation. Together, we work with your team to establish a "go live" date based upon your allocation of resources, timeline, and other requirements.
The Brightree Project Manager conducts staged project reviews to ensure your deployment stays on track. This Project Manager remains your primary contact through your “go live” date.
Brightree sets up a secure SQL database, separate from all other client databases. All Medicare and retail price tables are populated, and HCPCS and ICD9 codes are set up. Brightree sets up sample user groups, and establishes categories for inventory, insurance, doctors, etc. We also configure, test, and provide for the regular back-up of your data.
Brightree offers an affordable, straightforward conversion service to convert data from your existing system into Brightree. We have successfully performed thousands of conversions and in doing so we have built a host of proprietary, HIPAA compliant conversion tools, which along with our expert staff streamline the extraction of data from old systems.
Initial Training, Personalized and Performed by An Industry Expert
Brightree's training consists of segmented online modules combined with personalized training led by a Brightree industry expert. Users are provided unlimited access to self-paced, self-study training videos and training manuals. These materials are available at anytime, from anywhere, via the Internet to anyone you authorize. The instructor-led sessions utilize your own data in order to make the training exercises as realistic and engaging as possible. We believe that practicing facilitates learning, and using your own data makes homework more applicable and easier to understand. The number of hours provided for personalized training depends on the size of your project and the scope of your Brightree implementation. Our program is designed to allow you to be as self-sufficient as possible, minimize your out-of-pocket costs, and tailor the training plan to meet your unique needs.
Your Transition Team is your introduction to Brightree’s world-class Customer Care group. Once you go live, our Transition Team of industry experts schedules regular calls with your staff to ensure you are fully trained and help with any additional questions or issues you might have. At the right point in time, your Transition Team will assign you to our 24x7 live Customer Care group.

Once live, there are a host of additional training resources available to every Brightree user. These tools promote just-in-time, real-time learning to keep your users on track.
