Collections Management
Brightree eliminates the need to run written reports for collectors and managers. Everything you need is available with the click of a mouse. Collection information is organized based upon your defined parameters (i.e. patients listed in descending order based on outstanding balance due). This information is presented on the screen in real time and is automatically linked to the rest of the Brightree system.
For example, simply click on a patient name to "work" the A/R. From there, click on the Notes section to review previous collection efforts. Take appropriate actions and update the Notes record with your activity. All collections efforts are made easier because information is dynamically linked to any activity for this patient and instantly available to the collector and everyone else. Upon completion, simply close that window and click on your next patient.
