Brightree is led by a team of healthcare and software industry veterans with a broad range of experience, ranging from global enterprise operations to scrappy, start-up companies. While being deeply engaged in the day to day operations of the business, the Brightree leadership team is focused on enabling the Brightree team members to focus on providing the world-class customer service and leading edge software solutions.

Dave Cormack
President and CEO

Dave Cormack is a veteran software industry executive who has founded, built, and managed several high-growth companies, both in the U.S. and internationally. He has more than 30 years of experience, including in his current position as president and CEO of Brightree and previous tenures as president and CEO of two highly successful start-up ventures that were acquired by NASDAQ-listed companies.

In 2005, Dave took over Brightree, a fledgling SaaS start-up. Beginning with a dozen employees, a limited product offering, and fewer than 100 customers, Dave has led Brightree through a remarkable period of growth, from less than $1 million to $100 million in revenues. In 2008, Dave secured funding from Battery Ventures, a $4 billion private equity firm, which helped fuel both organic growth and complementary acquisitions. The company acquired C&S Billing in 2008, CAU in 2010, Pacware in 2011, and CareAnyware in 2013. Today, Brightree is the leading mission-critical application for post-acute care providers. It’s nearly 500 team members serve over 3,000 customers with over 68,000 users.

Prior to Brightree, Dave founded and managed Soft Systems Limited, a London-based vendor of business intelligence tools, and MiracleWorkers.com, an Atlanta-based market leader in Internet recruiting for the healthcare industry, now owned by CareerBuilder.com. After the acquisition of Soft Systems by IQ Software, Dave served as senior vice president - worldwide operations for this NASDAQ-listed business. In this position, Dave was responsible for growing annualized revenues for a new enterprise software suite to $40 million in three years.

Dave currently serves on the Board of Directors of AAHomecare, and has served on the board of a major professional soccer club in the U.K., listed on the London stock exchange, and he is a former co-chairman of the Atlanta Silverbacks pro team.

Dave graduated with a degree in Accounting from Aberdeen College of Commerce, Scotland in 1981.

Chris Watson
Chief Strategy Officer

Chris Watson serves as Chief Strategy Officer, and leads Brightree’s work to create an interoperable, seamless technology ecosystem to lower costs and improve outcomes in post-acute care. In this role, Chris oversees corporate strategy, strategic partnerships, technology relationships, mergers & acquisitions, and industry lobbying & alliance initiatives, as well as provides the framework for marketing, sales and services strategy. She has nearly 20 years of experience across all aspects of strategic marketing and sales channel development, including corporate and product positioning, channel development and demand generation for global enterprise and early stage software companies.

Prior to Brightree, Watson served as VP of Marketing and Business Development at TerraGo Technologies, where she led the company's global marketing and partnering strategy, helping the company double its growth. She also served as VP of Worldwide Marketing and Investor Relations for S1 Corporation (NASDAQ: SONE) where she was a part of the executive team that drove company growth from a $20 million financial services firm to a $400 million packaged mission critical software provider. Watson has also served various marketing leadership roles at GEAC, Intergraph, Bomgar and Ketchum. She holds a BA degree from the University of Alabama.

Suzanne Henderson
Chief Technology Officer

Suzanne Henderson serves as Brightree’s Chief Technology Officer, where she is responsible for managing the company’s global product development and IT resources as well as its data center operations.

Prior to joining Brightree, Suzanne led the product development efforts at both global enterprise software companies such as IBM, Geac Computer Corporation, Clarus Corporation and Omnilink and start-up organizations like GaurdedNet and TerraGo Technologies.

Gary Long
Chief Business Development Officer

Gary Long has nearly 25 years of experience in the medical, software and Internet technology fields. Beginning in 2001, Gary was President of Recall Systems, an Internet Benefits Portal Company, until being acquired by Healthx, Inc. in 2005.

Prior to Recall Systems, Gary held leadership roles as COO of Miracleworkers.com, an Internet medical jobs site; and as Senior Vice President of Sales - Americas at IQ Software (now owned by Computer Associates), which provides Internet reporting and business intelligence solutions to Fortune 1000 companies.

Gary holds an MBA from the University of Arkansas, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Harding University.

Terrie O’Hanlon
Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer, Terrie leads Brightree’s go-to-market approach, overseeing brand, solution marketing, demand creation, market development and marketing communications investments. She has more than 25 years of experience marketing software, hardware and services to businesses and consumers globally, with expertise spanning industries such as healthcare, digital commerce, enterprise software, financial services, business intelligence and supply chain solutions.

With a strong background in helping companies evolve global brands, expand market share and drive profitable revenue, Terrie’s recent experience spans serving as Chief Marketing Officer for Qlik Technologies, a global business intelligence software provider; Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President, Brand Strategy for Manhattan Associates, a global enterprise supply chain solution leader; and Executive Vice President of Marketing for CheckFree, a financial electronic commerce pioneer that established the electronic billing and payment market along with other online banking and commerce services before being acquired by FiServ. O’Hanlon’s career also includes executive marketing positions with WebMD Practice Services, Dun and Bradstreet Software and Per-Se Technologies, as well as consulting for a variety of leading technology companies through marketing agency roles.

Terrie holds a Master in Business Administration in Marketing from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from the University of Florida where she was honored as valedictorian.

Paul Parrish
Chief Financial Officer

Paul Parrish is a financial executive with over 32 years of experience including 19 years in senior financial executive roles and 13 years with Deloitte and Touche. In his 19 years of industry experience, he has been CFO of S1 Corporation, a publically traded software and services company, CFO of U.S, Security Associates, a $1.3 billion privately held services company, CAO of Infor Global Solutions, a $2.2 billion worldwide ERP software and services company, CFO of Harland Financial Solutions, a rapid growth start-up software and services division of a public company and Controller of John Harland Company, a publically traded company.

Paul is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.S. in Accounting from Auburn University.

Steve Andrews
General Manager, Revenue Cycle Management

Steve Andrews has over 20 years of operations and financial management experience in the financial services and healthcare markets. Steve is the General Manager of Brightree's Revenue Cycle Management business, where he leads a team of nearly 200 billing and collection specialists who help Brightree customers manage their Accounts Receivables from commercial payers.

Prior to joining Brightree, Steve was Senior Vice President of Operations at Chamberlin Edmonds, where he was responsible for the company's support operations nationwide. In his time at Chamberlin Edmonds, Steve was responsible for building operations, developing accompanying software and establishing 6 operating centers to deliver support to governmental agencies, patients and hospital operations. Prior to Chamberlin Edmonds, Steve was a Senior Manager in business consulting for Arthur Andersen, where he focused on process improvement and redesign projects. Steve also worked for American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago (now part of Chase) and Chicago Title and Trust Company in finance and treasury.

Steve is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.

Robert F. Boeye
Executive Vice President, Sales

Robert Boeye serves as Brightree’s Chief Revenue Officer, where he is responsible for leading sales efforts and revenue growth. Rob is a seasoned executive with experience in sales leadership, revenue strategy, product development, and training management. Prior to joining Brightree, Rob spent 18 years with Invacare Corporation, where he served as a sales leader in both the home care and long-term care markets, growing revenue by millions of dollars in each of his roles. He also served in management roles at Abbott Laboratories.

Rob has direct insight into the business challenges of post-acute care providers, and calls upon this experience in matching Brightree solutions with their real-world business needs. He holds a bachelor's degree from St. Ambrose University.

Liz Brown
Vice President, Customer Satisfaction

Liz Brown serves as Vice President, Customer Satisfaction where she is responsible for Professional Services which includes Project Management, Consulting Services, Data Conversion, Training, Extended Services and Customer Support. She has more than 25 years’ experience servicing global customers in the information technology, financial services and HCM industries with a passion for customer satisfaction.

Prior to Brightree, Brown served as chief operating officer at S2Verify LLC, a startup firm, where she developed the Customer Support, Vendor Management and Outsourcing programs in support of the background screening technology platform. Before that, she served as vice president, Client Satisfaction, Screening Solutions at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where she managed the Strategic Account Management, Implementation and Customer Support teams accountable for 80 percent of the divisional revenue. Brown also has held various customer satisfaction and operations leadership roles at ChoicePoint, Inc., S1 Corporation, Witness Systems, Dun&Bradstreet Software and MSA, Inc.

Bill Hunt
Vice President, Customer Success

Bill Hunt leads Brightree’s Customer Success group for the entire customer base of more than 3,000 HME, Home Health and Hospice customers. Hunt is responsible for overall customer retention and satisfaction, as well as the additional product adoption.

Prior to joining Brightree, Bill spent over 10 years as a Vice President for Infor Global Solutions, the third largest Enterprise Software vendor. During his tenure at Infor, Hunt helped the company grow from $300M to nearly $3B in revenue. In addition, Hunt created the Global Maintenance Group that managed customer retention accounted for nearly $1.5B in annual maintenance.

Bill earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems from Pittsburgh State University.

Steve Rogers
Vice President, Product Management

Steve Rogers serves as Vice President, Product Management where he is responsible for product strategy, feature prioritization and product roadmap across Brightree’s portfolio of cloud-based post-acute care solutions.

Steve brings more than 20 years of experience in software product development and product management with the last 7 being on SaaS / cloud applications. He has an extensive background developing, managing, integrating and supporting complex technology products in a variety of settings – from startups to global firms. His previous roles include director of product management at Nuesoft Technologies in ambulatory care practice management and EHR, vice president of product management and engineering operations at Imbee, Inc., and vice president of both global service and support and product management at Zhone Technologies. In addition to his strong project management and technical background, Rogers offers an innovative approach to product development and customer service.

Steve earned a BS in civil engineering and an MS in computer science from Georgia Institute of Technology.
