Networking / Remote Access
No need to physically network multiple locations, or buy and install additional software to access your system remotely. Any type of Internet connection will work with Brightree's Microsoft .NET platform. The Brightree system is optimized for dial-up connections, however cable modems, DSL, ISDN, and T-1 connectivity obviously offer better performance.

Price Table Updates
Brightree proactively updates your Medicare price tables, automatically, each quarter, based upon CMS-published fee schedules. This is just one less thing for you to worry about with Brightree on your team, and it decreases the adjustments you need to make on the back end.
Product Upgrades
Brightree normally releases two (2) major product upgrades each year. All upgrades will occur instantly for you after thorough testing, quality assurance, and BETA testing. When you logon to the site, the upgrades will be there. You don't need to do anything but enjoy the benefits. Brightree manages the performance of the entire application, including enhancements and additional functionality. We are also building a library of commonly used industry information that you can download as needed.
