eClaims Support Desk

To get you up and billing electronically, Brightree will assist you with enrollment in Medicare. We will direct you to the appropriate web site and answer any questions that you have. For non-Medicare claims, which will go through a clearinghouse, Brightree will walk you step-by-step through the registration process for all your payers. Brightree's eClaims Support Desk also provides expert advice on how to best handle, troubleshoot, and resolve rejections. Furthermore, Brightree will work with you to reengineer your unique workflow processes relative to how you submit and review claims in order to get you ready to embrace automated eclaims functionality. (Extra fees may apply for eClaims support services to some non-Medicare eClaims payers)

FREE training ... twice a month

Brightree is committed to the continuous education and improvement of all our users. To that end, Brightree delivers a FREE Lunch and Learn session twice a month. All Brightree users are invited to bring a lunch, log in, and learn. The sessions are led by Brightree executives, and topics include: product shortcuts and advanced topics, new product features, integration with other applications, as well as open forums for all users to share their favorite tips and tricks.

Brightree is proud to include the most robust online training tool in the industry. This tool promotes just-in-time, real-time learning to keep your users on track with the task at hand. From anywhere within the Brightree application, users can click the icon and the Brightree system will automatically take them to a variety of training options which are dynamically linked to exactly what your user is working on. These tools include multimedia training, interactive Step1™ aides, and context-sensitive help files. All of these valuable resources have been developed by instructional technologists in order to enhance the entire user experience, and to further increase the productivity of your team. Technology Services

Because all software and data reside on our own central database servers, we take full responsibility for the availability and integrity of the Brightree system. We provide all system administration, maintenance, upgrades, technical support, and other services required to keep our solution up and running at optimal performance levels. And Brightree takes care of proactively updating your Medicare price tables, automatically, each quarter, based upon CMN-published fee schedules. Product Enhancements

Brightree believes that our users have great insight into the enhancements that should be provided in future releases. That's why we annually commission a product enhancement survey to all users, to help us set our priorities for product releases. Brightree normally releases two (2) major product upgrades each year. All upgrades occur instantly following thorough testing, quality assurance, and BETA testing. When you logon to the site, the upgrades will be there. You don't need to do anything but enjoy the benefits. We are also building a library of commonly used industry information that you may download as needed.
