Because Medicare still requires you to keep all original documentation, Webscan PRO makes filing a breeze. Filing records in individual patient files is a thing of the past. Each set of documents that is scanned into Webscan PRO is assigned a batch number which is conveniently recorded in Brightree for the appropriate patient accounts. Hard copies are filed by batch so if you ever need the original, you can quickly and easily identify where it is. Additionally, users of Brightree's electronic fax solution, Brightree's paperless fax service to fully automate the CMN workflow, can automatically link signed CMNs to patient accounts and store them in WebScan PRO.
