How It Works
When a purchase order is created in the Brightree system, a transmission is sent from Brightree via a secure FTP connection to the manufacturer or distributor system. The electronic links between the systems will give the customer real-time access to product details, inventory availability and critical order information as well as the ability to submit a purchase order directly without having to call or fax in orders. The links will also give customers the ability to track their purchases with order confirmations, shipping and delivery notifications, as well as electronic invoices all within the Brightree system.
