Brightree's advanced web services (formerly known as API) allows HME providers to easily share data between the Brightree DME software and other third-party software solutions and data warehouses. And because Brightree is web-based, the data can be pushed and pulled in real-time to support your unique business processes and information needs.
Brightree customers can use Software Integration Solutions to access the Brightree Web Services (formerly known as Application Programming Interface - API), to easily share data bi-directionally between Brightree DME billing software and other third-party software solutions, data warehouses or proprietary applications. Sharing data between applications improves efficiency, streamlines workflow, eliminates redundant keying, and reduces errors.
Based on cross-platform web services technology, Brightree's API provides a secure, seamless way for Brightree customers to integrate with other applications — such as ERP, CRM, Shipping, Custom Order Intake, E-commerce, and Call Center – so that both systems share data on sales orders, patients, physicians, insurance, and more.
