This hands-on workshop is an ADVANCED review of the many tools, reports and features in the Brightree system that are utilized to manage all aspects of your business. During this course, a special emphasis is placed on how to evaluate and assess your current day-to-day processes. Clients will learn how to leverage Brightree technology to streamline workflows and increase efficiencies. Customers will benefit from Brightree Best Practices recommendations and knowledge gained from peers regarding how they currently utilize the Brightree solution.
Participants will concentrate on the following areas during this workshop:
- Review and improve outstanding sales orders processes
- Learn effective use of Work in Progress states
- Overview of Workgroup Profile
- Understand Custom Validation Rules
- Assess current document management process (CMN’s: logging, receiving and storing)
- Review denial ratios from billing
- Evaluate Denial and AR Management Methodologies
- Discuss Advanced Reporting
Brightree clients will receive a copy of their individual operational workflow assessments to assist with making day to day processes more efficient within Brightree.
The class is suitable for Brightree users with a sound working knowledge of the Brightree system and now desire an ADVANCED understanding of the topics noted above. Typically, companies/users LIVE on the Brightree system at least 4--6 months or longer will benefit most from this course. This is NOT a basic level class. Attendees should have a intermediate knowledge of Excel.
