Smart Workflow
Once an order is confirmed, Brightree takes over and does everything else. Brightree handles all of the technology required to electronically transmit your claims and retrieve and post all remittance information. Brightree downloads your payer-generated acceptance reports, which are automatically retrieved and posted for your review. ERN files, which contain detailed payment and denial information, are used to automatically apply payments to your invoices. If there are any issues with claims transmissions, or Medicare rejections/denials, Brightree creates an alert and explains the reason for the issue.
Resubmitting claims is as easy as 1-2-3. With Brightree, you’ll eliminate the time you waste deciphering cryptic reports, listening to modem tones, staring at the screen, or waiting to confirm a submission file went through.
Brightree also raises visibility for issues that typically cause payment delays by creating alerts as soon as rejections are posted to the system.
