eClaims Electronic Billing
Claims can be electronically transmitted overnight to Medicare, Medicaid, and over 1,500 commercial payers. Payer-generated acceptance reports are automatically retrieved and posted for your review. ERN files, which contain detailed payment and denial information, are used to automatically apply payment to your invoices. On-Demand EOBs

CMNs/Doctors Orders
Obtaining a signed CMN has typically been a cumbersome and manual process. Brightree's integrated tracking system eliminates sticky notes, tickler files, and other manual processes by automatically creating and processing reminders. Brightree has further automated this process by developing several options to better facilitate your CMN workflow:
Manual Faxing
This feature automatically generates the CMN as a .pdf file and creates a corresponding fax cover sheet with the physician's fax number. Simply print and send.BrightFAX™ CMN (Fully-Automated CMN Fax Service)
These optional features utilize fax server technology to more fully automate the CMN workflow.Outbound -- This service automatically routes CMNs to an Internet-hosted fax server, which automates the "send process." Brightree communicates with the fax server to determine the success or failure of the fax and updates the status in the system.
Inbound -- This service completes the send/receive cycle by alerting you when a signed CMN has been received from the physician. (NOTE: CMNs for Webscan document imaging customers are automatically linked to the patient’s account, saving the additional steps of printing or scanning documents).Brightree also allows you to easily create custom Doctor Orders to ensure accurate claims filing.
Price Table and Diagnostic/Procedure Code Updates
Medicare price tables are automatically updated quarterly, decreasing adjustments later on. Brightree automatically maintains and updates diagnostic and procedure codes, and automatically expires the old codes so you don't have to. And, if a crosswalk is required as indicated by CMS, Brightree automatically sets it up.
