This two, four-hour virtual class focuses on the best practices required to run and manage an efficient, cost-effective Intake/Customer Service operation. You will learn how to optimize your Brightree processes for order intake, sales order worklist, and documentation, as well as front-end operations management. This class is designed for customer service reps and intake managers who are new to Brightree or need a refresher with a focus on best practices.
Session 1 class will cover best practices for front-end processes, order intake workflow and unassigned items
Session 2 class will focus on front end operations management including, best practices for sales order worklists, along with documentation and compliance strategy
