      • You will receive a separate invoice for your class fees shortly after the class. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards for class fees at this time.
      • Brightree reserves the right to cancel any training class up to 30 days prior to the start of the class. If Brightree cancels your training class, your payment will be refunded in full. Due to this cancellation policy, Brightree recommends that for onsite classes, registrants book their travel less than 30 days prior to the start of a class.
      • In the event you are unable to attend a class that you have registered for, please cancel in writing by email to trainingadmin@brightree.com. Cancellations received more than 2 business days before the class will not be invoiced for that class. Cancellations received less than 2 business days before the class will be invoiced the full amount for that class.
      • Brightree reserves the right to cancel any training class due to inclement weather conditions. If Brightree cancels your training class, your payment will be refunded in full.
