Apacheta and Brightree began their relationship in June 2014 to offer home medical equipment (HME) and durable medical equipment (DME) providers an integrated mobile delivery management solution to significantly reduce costs and errors, improve productivity, increase billing processes and enable better patient experiences.
Since then, the companies have seen close to a 60 percent compounded monthly growth rate (CMGR) in customer adoption of the mobile technology. The two continue to bring significant benefits to HME and DME providers adopting electronic delivery solutions, such as a 25 percent reduction in overhead costs by streamlining order and delivery processes, as well as decreases in improperly executed paperwork, paper cost and overtime hours. Customers using the Brightree-Apacheta solution are benefiting from significantly improved cash flow and see on average their delivery-to-billing confirmation time shrink from three days to less than an hour.
