Integrated forms automation solution enables HME providers to increase workflow efficiencies and reduce errors

As a result of this agreement, Brightree is introducing the general availability of MyForms™, an integrated forms automation solution that provides direct access to workflow and forms automation technology to significantly cut order processing time, decrease workflow processing time, accelerate time to submit claims and reduce the risk of human error in order creation and confirmation.

Once the forms are created, dynamic data exchange between the systems will automatically populate the document with patient and order data from the Brightree system significantly reducing order processing time.
With customized business workflows, HME providers can leverage the built-in task manager to ensure all documents and tasks with associated forms are completed. This ensures all documentation is captured up front to prevent future denials. Additional capabilities such as secure messaging, allow HME providers to send secure emails to physicians for electronic signature capture. Once the signature is captured, documents are returned and workflow tasks are automatically updated. For providers using both Brightree Document Management and MyForms, completed forms will be automatically indexed and stored to the correct patient record in Brightree Document Management.
