Bobby Ghoshal President and Chief Executive Officer

Bobby Ghoshal

President, SaaS Business
Bobby Ghoshal was appointed president of ResMed’s SaaS business in August 2021, and CEO of MatrixCare in November 2021. He previously served as chief operating officer for Brightree, a ResMed-owned provider of cloud-based software-as-a-service for out-of-hospital care: delivering improved clinical and business performance for homecare customers. Prior to that, Bobby led the information technology function for the US, Canada, and Latin America commercial teams, driving adoption of digital platforms and data analytics across the enterprise. Bobby has more than 25 years of experience in technology across multiple industries including finance, semiconductors, and healthcare, working for companies including Freescale Semiconductor, Motorola, Compuware, and Wipro Infotech. Bobby has helped build and lead high-performance teams in information technology, semiconductor innovation, digital and business strategy, information security, advanced analytics, operations, and customer care. Bobby holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering and telecommunications from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Calicut, India. ​

Gregg Timmons

General Manager, HME & Home Infusion
A veteran software executive, Gregg has 30 years of experience building successful high-growth software businesses spanning Fortune 500 companies, startups, and turn-around ventures. Prior to his current role, Gregg served as VP, Value Added Services (VAS) and earlier, Vice President, Brightree BMS, and Pharmacy Solutions. Prior to Brightree, Gregg served as President and CEO of Apacheta Corporation, a mobile delivery management software company, as well as MedAct Software, an HME software company. He has also held key executive roles at internet start-ups including BorderWare Technologies and Netscape Communications. Gregg started his career with Eastman Kodak Company where he held various management roles. He serves on several company boards of directors and is a frequent speaker, panelist, and author covering healthcare IT and internet security. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas, San Antonio.

Doug Brandberg is Brightree’s Head of Finance and has more than 20 years of financial and operational experience leading teams for global technology companies. Before joining Brightree, Doug led global financial planning & analysis for GoDaddy, a leading technology provider to businesses and web professionals, where he was responsible for financial and strategic planning, management reporting, acquisition integration and treasury. Prior to GoDaddy, Doug led finance and operations teams in his roles as CFO for several large divisions of technology and data companies, including Equifax, First Data Corporation and AT&T. Doug’s experience also includes senior roles in investor relations, mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy. Doug has an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a CFA® charterholder.

As vice president of business development for Brightree, Nick Knowlton leads the company’s strategic initiatives, including partnership development and healthcare interoperability efforts.Nick has over twenty years of business experience and has held sales, marketing, product, and strategy positions for technology and health information technology businesses. Prior to joining Brightree, Nick ran strategic initiatives for Greenway Health, a market leader in the physician practice EHR space. Nick has a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from the University of Notre Dame ​
Eugene Kim

Eugene Kim

General Counsel for Brightree
Eugene Kim is General Counsel for Brightree and is responsible for providing strategic advice and counsel on all ongoing activities related to the Brightree’s legal affairs and ResMed SaaS. Eugene has a distinguished legal counsel background and has spent nearly two decades advising companies and helping business leaders navigate complex legal issues. He joins us from Open Text Inc., a global ECM and EDI software company, where he led teams supporting Enterprise sales, Marketing, Product Development, and the Engineering business units. He also served as Partner at Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg LLP where he focused on patent and trademark litigation. Prior to his time at Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg LLP, Eugene held in-house counsel roles at GEICO and InPhonic, Inc. Eugene earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Washington.
Liz Brown Vice President, Customer Satisfaction

Liz Brown

Vice President, Customer Satisfaction
As vice president of customer satisfaction Liz is responsible for professional services which includes project management, consulting services, data conversion, training, extended services and customer support. She has more than twenty-five years’ experience servicing global customers in the information technology, financial services, and HCM industries. Prior to her time at Brightree, Liz served as chief operating officer at startup S2Verify LLC where she developed the customer support, vendor management, and outsourcing programs in support of the background screening technology platform. Before that, she served as vice president of client satisfaction for screening solutions at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where she led the strategic account management, implementation and customer support teams accountable for 80 percent of the divisional revenue. She has also held various customer satisfaction and operations leadership roles at ChoicePoint, Inc., S1 Corporation, Witness Systems, Dun & Bradstreet Software, and MSA, Inc. ​
Angie Walker

Angie Walker

Senior People Business Partner​
Senior People Business Partner for Brightree, Angie Walker brings more than 15 years of partnering with technology companies to achieve business results. As a strategic HR adviser collaborating closely with executive and senior leaders, she works closely with the team to execute company strategic objectives by aligning HR strategy with the business. Additionally, Angie focuses on the employee journey in areas like development, culture, talent management, change management, and succession planning. Prior to joining Brightree, she held various HR leadership positions at Sage, Fiserv, Citrix System, and USBank. She earned her BA in psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a concentration in Human Resources.
Mike Lorenz

Mike Lorenz is Brightree’s Vice President of ReSupply solutions and has more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles across the banking, technology and healthcare industries. Before joining Brightree, Mike was the President and Head of Product at Snapworx, a start up software company supporting the Home Medical Equipment industry. Prior to Snapworx, Mike was the CEO of Sound Oxygen Service, a regional Home Medical Equipment company with locations across the Pacific Northwest. At every step, Mike’s career has focused on using data to measure critical performance factors in businesses and then implementing technology solutions to leverage organizational strengths at scale. Mike has an undergraduate degree from Washington State University, a Masters in Banking from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington, and Executive Education from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Heather Yi, Vice President Customer-Success​ at Brightree

Heather Yi

Vice President, Customer Success​
As Vice President of Customer Success at Brightree, responsible for prioritizing the success and satisfaction of HME, ReSupply, and Infusion customers. Her teams work directly with these customers to improve their technology adoption, maximize their use of Brightree software and services and increase their revenue growth. She joined Brightree in September of 2010 and has held successive roles as senior project manager, senior sales engineer, director of sales engineers and, most recently, senior director of Customer Success before taking on her current leadership role. Previously, Heather was the vice president of corporate compliance and vice president of sales operations, respectively, at Fuller Rehabilitation, an HME provider and Brightree customer with 16 locations in Georgia. During her six years at Fuller, Heather also served in roles where she was responsible for the billing and call center arms of the organization. At Brightree, her leadership in customer-facing roles coupled with her expertise on the provider perspective has helped Brightree transform its approach to customer success by putting customers –and their patients – at the center of all we do. Heather earned her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Texas Lutheran University and received ATP certification from the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA) during her years as an HME provider.
