It's easy to communicate amongst team members. It's really been a game changer. - We went live with all of our Brightree platform on November 1st, 2023, so that was DMERT and Infusion Pharmacy. I couldn't ask for a better set of partners. They work incredibly hard and their teams do as well, and the results show in our infusion numbers. The pharmacists, once they got accustomed to the build, the way we built, you know, the inventory and the database, they began to see its benefits, its power. Our entire resupply system was manual, so it literally was by customer call and then manual entry. SNAP brought that automation that we desperately needed and it allowed us to tailor the needs to our patients. The efficiency is just unbelievable. Really, the big benefit is on the backside for us with billing. When you're dealing with private insurers and Medicare, it's daunting, all of the challenges that you have. But with Brightree, you can see every step of the process and you know where your claims are sitting and you know if they're billed or not billed. So very, very powerful. Very good. Our team really, really loves working with revenue cycle management. To have that level of expertise is very, very important because it teaches and trains your staff to manage a process properly. Whereas with other products that may not be possible, and other teams, that's not possible. Having a good partner, somebody who can guide you along, is critical and that's what I consider Brightree.
